At Mastering the Soul, we believe healing, growth, and self-discovery are deeply personal journeys that deserve support, connection, and space to breathe. Our center was intentionally created by bringing together a collective of heart-led practitioners whose gifts, knowledge, and presence work together to create a space rooted in community, compassion, restoration, and genuine human connection. Through soul journey sessions, bodywork, energy healing, grief support, meditation, workshops, restorative experiences, and holistic wellness support, we are here to hold space for people as they navigate healing, transformation, rest, and reconnection in their own way and at their own pace. Whether you are seeking clarity, emotional support, physical renewal, spiritual exploration, or simply a moment to exhale, Mastering the Soul was created to meet you exactly where you are.

Mastering the Soul continues to grow—not simply by adding more services, but by welcoming new perspectives, new forms of support and new ways for you to understand, heal and reconnect with yourself.

The end of summer brings new practitioners, expanding offerings and the return of one of our most transformative workshops. There is always something unfolding here, and we are so excited to share what is coming next.

Our Village Is Growing

Healing is not one-size-fits-all—and we never wanted Mastering the Soul to be either.

This September, we are welcoming two new practitioners whose work brings additional depth to the emotional, spiritual and energetic support available within our centre.

Vicki Lynn Foshay RN Psychotherapist is a grounded, compassionate psychotherapist that offers support for those navigating through transitions and life’s most difficult conversations.

Andrea Laub brings a fresh perspective to Mastering the Soul when it comes to Astrology, Reiki and intuitive healing. Her ability to use these insights together she is able to support people moving through awakening, transformation and profound inner changes

Energy of Your Soul — Final Workshop of 2026

Our final Energy of Your Soul workshop of the year is coming this October.

Held over two immersive afternoons, this experience invites you to explore the energetic patterns shaping the way you communicate, and the ways you connect and move within your relationships. Through The Lenses that started the whole mastering the soul concept, you will begin seeing yourself—and the people around you—from an entirely different perspective.
