Hi, I’m Vicki Lynn Foshay, an RN Psychotherapist and owner of Peaceful Presence. I provide in-person psychotherapy to adults throughout Windsor–Essex County, as well as virtual sessions across Ontario. I am registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO #9300690), and I’m truly glad you’re here—welcome.

With more than 30 years of nursing experience, I understand the importance of meeting people where they are and honouring each person’s unique story. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you make sense of your experiences, develop practical tools and move toward greater confidence and well-being at a pace that feels right for you.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, C/PTSD, grief, difficult life transitions, health conditions, eating disorders, addiction and other challenges that may be leaving them feeling stuck in life.

Taking the first step can feel difficult, but you don’t have to figure everything out on your own anymore. I believe every person has the ability—and deserves the opportunity—to heal and create a better life. That includes you, and I would be honoured to support you on your journey.
